You will be the key to shaping your client’s reputation and profile and will manage their press coverage and often advertising too.

We are looking for a Senior Account Director from UK market to be working from our HQ in Abu Dhabi. The purpose of this role is to drive and manage planning strategies to clients and to manage our growing client portfolio. The Senior Account Director will provide efficient client liaison and project management abilities to deliver on client requirements.
 
 The Senior Account Director will actively consult with clients regarding Media and Marketing Strategies and all other related requirements in line with clients’ marketing and communication departments.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead effective and efficient cross-functional interaction within the agency to deliver client success and requirements.
  • Prioritize and manage clients’ expectations.
  • Planning and oversight of Digital and Traditional Campaigns, including Display, Video, Social etc.
  • Ensure the strategic and creative excellence of team outputs in response to client briefs.
  • Maximize team output and efficiencies through coordinating team workflow, with responsibility for all teamwork in progress. 
  • Effectively delegate tasks to team members and manage team workload.
  • Mentor team members and develop their skillset in accordance with their individual goals and objectives and career path.
  • Play a key role in the recruitment of new team members as and when required.

Requirements:
