Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy (FBMA) is a nonprofit government entity of the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, the heart of the United Arab Emirates. It was established in October 2010 with the mission to promote and facilitate women’s sports in the UAE. FBMA also hosts numerous local, regional, and international sporting events. FBMA is conducting the ‘Fatima Bint Mubarak Women Sports Awards’ in September 2022. They needed a full-fledged service that consisted of Website Development, Social Media Management, Public Relations, Event Management, Event designs, mockups, and Digital buying for the said event.
The Solution:
The Solution:
A fully integrated service was provided by the 9Yards team to support and highlight the event. The invitations, mockups and the design for all collaterals were delivered efficiently and without any hiccups. A registration medium was organized for the event; a fully functioning and interactive website was created; all of FBMA’s social media was handled adeptly, thus effectively spreading awareness about the event; and the pre-production and post-production of the event were well-managed. From registration to the media press release, all the steps were handled with utmost professionalism and concerted efforts. It was a privilege working with them and we are excited for a continued collaboration in future.
